Als tenminste aan<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ontslagvergoeding.nl\/ontslag-in-de-proeftijd\/\">de regels rondom een geldig overeengekomen proeftijdbeding<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>is voldaan. Het gaat om een proefperiode en de werkgever mag gewoon met onmiddellijke ingang de arbeidsovereenkomst opzeggen. Hij hoeft vooraf geen toestemming voor het ontslag aan UWV te vragen, of de kantonrechter om ontbinding van de arbeidsovereenkomst te verzoeken. Een dergelijke opzegging kan vernietigd worden door de\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ontslagvergoeding.nl\/het-verzoekschrift-aan-de-kantonrechter\/\">kantonrechter op het verzoek van de werknemer<\/a><span>.
